David "Howie" & Michelle Howard

David & Michelle are called to the ministry of restoration of the broken through prayer and disciple-making in many different spheres. David incorporates this in his job as a police officer and helping lead outreach teams. Michelle does this in her ministry with Young Life to pregnant and parenting teens.
